1. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing: In-stock items ship within 3-7 business days .

  • Shipping: Items via freight carrier: 7-20 business days . You'll receive tracking once shipped and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on item size/weight and destination. Large items (dressing tables, large mirrors) have separate freight charges shown at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?

  • Mirrored Dressing Tables: Yes, most require assembly (attaching legs, mirror frame, drawers/hardware). Instructions and tools included. Often requires two people .

  • Make-up Stools: Usually require simple assembly (attaching seat to base) .

  • Mirrors: May require mounting hardware installation or simple assembly if framed .

5. What materials are used?

  • Dressing Tables: Engineered wood (MDF), solid wood, metal legs; mirrored glass surface .

  • Stools: Wood/metal frame; upholstered seat (velvet, faux leather, fabric) .

  • Mirrors: Glass mirror with wood, metal, or MDF frame; frameless options available.

6. How do I care for mirrored surfaces?

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and glass cleaner. Spray cleaner on cloth, not directly on mirror (prevents liquid seeping into edges) .

  • Avoid: Abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products (can damage backing), and excessive moisture .

  • Daily: Dust regularly with soft, dry cloth .

  • Protection: Keep away from direct sunlight (can cause fading) and humidity .

7. How do I care for upholstered stool?

  • Vacuum regularly to remove dust .

  • Spot clean with mild detergent and damp cloth; blot – do not rub .

  • Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture .

  • For velvet, brush gently with soft brush to maintain nap .

8. What is the weight capacity?
Each product listing specifies maximum weight limits for the dressing table and stool. Do not exceed these limits .

9. What is LTL freight delivery?
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for large items. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – the driver will not bring items inside unless White Glove service was purchased .

10. What if my mirror arrives broken?
Critical: Inspect immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing . Do not accept delivery if the package is severely damaged . Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement .

11. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options (Affirm/Klarna) for larger purchases.
