Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 3-7 business days for in-stock items.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. We partner with:

  • Small items (stools): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Large items (dressing tables, mirrors): Specialized freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Stools: 5-10 days; Dressing tables/mirrors via freight: 7-20 business days . Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 4-hour) .

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold. Driver will not bring inside/upstairs unless White Glove service purchased .

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt . For mirrors, check for cracks or breakage .

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for an additional fee (select at checkout). Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

6. Packaging

  • Dressing Tables: Flat-pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding, and separate compartment for mirror .

  • Mirrors: Boxed with corner protectors, bubble wrap, and "FRAGILE" markings; often shipped vertically .

  • Stools: Boxed with protective padding .

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately . For broken mirrors, do not accept delivery if severely damaged .

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of damage and all packaging . Keep all packaging for inspection .

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement . Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
