Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your vanity furniture purchase. Due to the size, assembly requirements, and fragile nature (glass/mirror) of these items, please review our policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact .

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Assembled or used furniture: Any dressing table, stool, or mirror that has been assembled or shows signs of use cannot be returned .

  • Glass/Mirror damage: Items with broken glass or mirrors due to customer mishandling after delivery .

  • Custom or special order items: Cannot be returned unless defective .

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact .

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents .

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted .

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all hardware and instructions. Mirrors must be carefully repacked with original protective materials .

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large items (dressing tables, large mirrors), costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service .

  4. 20% restocking fee may apply .

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection . Original shipping fees non-refundable .

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery – this is critical for glass/mirror items. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing . Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund.

Missing Parts
If your dressing table or stool arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
